Refund and Return Policy
- We ONLY accept returns for accessories and wigs. Dress, shoes are unable to be returned and exchanged.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving orders.
- We will offer 100% refund only of products which are defected, or sent by mistake.
- We do NOT accept refunds for customize dress & shoes.
- Our tailor will start making items within 2 days after order's confirmed, so it’s impossible to cancel an order after 2 days.
- For the returns, customers will need to bear the shipping cost during the return process.
- All shipping fee LolitadressShop charged is the shipping fee for one-time shipping only.
*If the order is separated into 2 packages (not customer responsibility), the second delivery method will be changed to Standard shipping automatically. Customers can pay extra shipping fee to upgrade their second delivery method.
*If the order has to be sent twice (responsibility is on customer side), then customer will need to pay the shipping fee for second delivery.
- If the package is returned to us without reason, we will need to confirm all shipping information with the customer and the customer will need to responsible for the shipping fee of second delivery.
- "Estimated Delivered Date" is just a prediction only, not a guaranteed.
- If the order is shipped already, then shipping fee cannot be refunded. The 'shipping fee' means the actual shipping cost occurred on the package.
- For commission order, If you are not satisfied and want a refund,we will deduct actual material cost of your commission items and give you a partial refund.
- Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
